Mrs. Barthel is an RN who graduated from the Bethesda Hospital School of Nursing and Edgecliff of Xavier University. She has worked in the WB District for over 20 years. She has 5 daughters, all WB graduates, and many grandchildren. She and her husband live in Mt. Orab. She enjoys quilting and often knits while working the gate at WB sporting events.
