Mt. Orab Elementary will be holding a Kindergarten Registration Event on August 6, 2015. Please see the details below:
You must pick up a registration packet prior to registration. These packets will be available as of March 25, 2015 in the elementary office. Any children who are 5 years old on or before September 30, 2015 are eligible to register for kindergarten.
The child entering school for the 2015/2016 school year should come to the registration event because the kindergarten teachers will be screening the students for placement into their classrooms!
Please stop by the Mt. Orab Elementary office for your packet prior to the registration date. The packet should be filled out and returned on the August 6 th registration date.
Students will only be registered for kindergarten when parents/guardians bring the following items to the event:
-Original Birth Certificate (with raised seal)
-Child's Social Security Card
-Shot Record
-Dental/Physical Exam Forms (parents will find this in the packet)
-Proof of Residency (utility/phone bill)
-Parent/Guardian's Photo I.D.
-Any custody/guardianship court papers
-Entire Completed Registration Packet (picked up prior to registration)
If you do not already have the above-listed items, please send off for them now so that they will be available to you by our registration date. If your child has not had the physical exam required for registration, School-Based Health will be present during the event and will provide the necessary physicals for a $10.00 donation.
Each child registering will receive a Mt. Orab Elementary T-Shirt! We will also have a gift card drawing for parents!
