Mt. Orab Elementary School Plans FINAL Kindergarten Registration for August 9, 2016
Mt. Orab Elementary will be holding its Kindergarten Registration for the 2016/2017 school year on Tuesday, Aug. 9 at the elementary school. You must pick up a registration packet prior to registration.
You may bring your child to the elementary on Aug. 9, 2016 between the hours of 1:00-3:00 PM for Kindergarten Registration.
The child entering school for the 2016/2017 school year should come to the registration event because the kindergarten teachers will be screening the students for placement into their classrooms!
Please stop by the Mt. Orab Elementary office for your packet prior to the registration date.
Students will only be registered for kindergarten when parents/guardians bring the following items to the event:
-Original Birth Certificate (with raised seal)
-Child's Social Security Card
-Shot Record
-Dental/Physical Exam Forms (parents will find this in the packet)
-Proof of Residency (utility/phone bill)
-Parent/Guardian's Photo I.D.
-Any custody/guardianship court papers
-Entire Completed Registration Packet (picked up prior to registration)
If you do not already have the above-listed items, please send off for them now so that they will be available to you by our registration date.
