Mt. Orab Elementary and Hamersville Elementary will register kindergarten students for the 2017-18 school year on March 2nd, March 9th and April 6th 2017. Registration/Round up times for March 2nd and 9th will be held in conjunction with parent teacher conferences in each building. Parents may enroll their children from 5pm to 7:30pm at each elementary building. The April 6th registration/roundup will be during the school day between the hours of 9:30 -11:30 am and 12:45 – 3:00pm. Prospective kindergarten students must be five years old on or before September 30th to be admitted to kindergarten. We encourage parents to enroll as early as possible. All students enrolling early will receive a free T-shirt. Packets will be available for pick up at the elementary buildings prior to the registration. Required items to bring include: your child’s original birth certificate, social security card, updated shot records, Parent Driver’s License or State ID, Proof of residency in the Western Brown school district (such as an electric bill, water, lease agreement or mortgage statement) and any custody papers.
