My name is Mr. Baird. This is my 29th year at Mt. Orab Middle School. I'm looking forward to another great year. We will cover a lot of topics in American History this year and explore from 1600 to 1877. That covers European colonization, the American Revolution, the U.S. Constitution, the War of 1812, Expansion of the Nation, events leading up to the Civil War, and the Civil War itself. I think it's one of the most important areas to cover for citizens of the United States. I am honored to be working with your child.
