Bethany is a graduate of Western Brown High School. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Middle School Education from the University of Rio Grande then returned to Brown County for student teaching. She taught sixth grade Math and Reading at Hamersville Elementary for 13 years. Bethany has a Master’s of Art degree in school counseling from Xavier University. She is entering her sixth year as School Counselor and tenth year as site manager at Hamersville Elementary and Middle School. She has volunteered in many programs such as after school tutoring, theatre program, sports activities, and the band program. She lives in Amelia with her husband.
