Mr. Schneider is a proud Western Brown graduate. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Middle Grades Math and Social Studies Education at Northern Kentucky University and his Master’s degree from Concordia University in Educational Leadership. Mr. Schneider taught 7^th Grade Math and Social Studies at Mt. Orab Middle School before becoming the Assistant Principal. He is an avid Cincinnati Reds and Ohio State Fan. He is married to Trisha Schneider, a 2^nd Grade teacher at Hamersville Elementary.

Ms. Royalty has been a member of the Bronco family since she was a young girl. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Arts in History and later earned her Master of Elementary Education degree at Xavier University. Ms. Royalty taught 6th grade science at Mt. Orab Middle School for nine years before becoming the Assistant Principal. When not at school, she enjoys reading, hiking, rooting for the Cincinnati Reds and spending time with family.
