New students or KG students planning to attend the Western Brown School district should be registered prior to the first day of school. Registering early has many benefits. Transportation, homerooms, class schedules can all be done ahead so the first day isn’t quite so stressful on students or parents. The district registrar is located at Mt. Orab Middle School from 8-2 each day beginning August 3rd. Items needed for registration include: Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, Immunization Record, Parent ID/Driver’s License, and Proof of residency in the Western Brown School District. Please also bring any custody papers if applicable, a transcript or report cards for High School students and any IEP or WEP plans.
Returning students who have had a change of address or phone number are encouraged to contact the building they attend with their new information so they don’t miss any mailings or one calls.
